About Us
Inspiring the North
Inter Tribal Services (ITS) was founded in 2010 as an indigenous consulting firm and is established on principles of balance, respect, creativity, impartiality, innovation, and sustainability. The name ("Inter Tribal") is intended to embrace the inter connected Tribal nature of the First Nation community and Honour the historical trade systems that once existed. Our teams decades of experience working with multiple communities and tribes provincially/nationally enables us to specialize in Indigenous community development planning, indigenous community-based tourism, economic development, agreement implementation and Governance initiatives. We pride our consulting work being premised on openness, understanding, relationship building, capacity development and mentorship to assist First Nations in areas they may lack with any aspect of community development. We see the importance of constructive dialogue, partnerships, result based solutions and we aim for Indigenous inclusiveness in the Northern Economy.
Our Legacy
We have expanded our services to include outdoor field services and seasonal Outdoor tours. We are on a mission to become a Northern catalyst that promotes sustainability of the region, celebrates culture and builds positive relations amongst all Northerners in the Spirit of Reconciliation.
We embrace the Cree concepts Mamawi Atoskiwin (Working Together), Papamotihowin (Traveling Around) and Miskanaw (Journey/Road) - in this context we premise ourselves as a central Northern business offering multiple services and products that assists you with your own journey in whatever it is you require.

The goal to serve and participate in the Northern economy and provide true Northern experiences from Northerners is at the forefront of our entire team.
